Drawing from his Southern Italian roots, travels across Italy, and a fresh, health-driven approach, he focuses on technique, seasonality, and bold flavors. With a commitment to quality and authenticity, Davide leads his team with precision, ensuring Coppa Osteria delivers inventive, high-quality Italian cuisine.Â
JOHN PHAM
John Pham, Chef at Norigami/Hidden Bar, is a seasoned culinary professional with 20 years of experience in the industry. Primarily self-taught, I have refined my skills through extensive global travel and exposure to diverse culinary influences. I’ve had the privilege of working at renowned restaurants such as Kata Robata and Uchi in Houston, as well as Blue Ribbon in both New York and Miami. Additionally, I am the proud owner of a restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan, called Ossu, where I continue to blend my international experiences into innovative and memorable dining concepts. My passion for food, coupled with my hands-on expertise, drives my commitment to culinary excellence and creativity.

Chef Raphael Rogers has 20 years of culinary experience hailing from Virginia, where he was named Iron Chef in 2012, as well as a 3 time mid Atlantic BBQ champion he is excited to offer his unique blend of creativity with expansive nutritional knowledge. Throughout his career, Chef Raph has provided meals for the University of Houston and University of Tennessee’s athletic departments, in addition to serving as a private chef for professional athletes and television personalities. Chef Raph’s menu features bold flavorful dishes that offer fresh, nutritious takes on coastal-inspired favorites. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, golf, and BBQ. Chef Raph is a die hard Philadelphia sports guy! Chef Raph is a father of two Sebastian and Lawson, and has two dogs Khole and OreoÂ

Missy Stewart is an award-winning interior designer who brings dream homes to life with a seamless blend of luxury, creativity, and practicality. With over 35 years of experience and a background in construction, she expertly navigates every stage of a project, collaborating with top-tier craftsmen and vendors to deliver stunning, functional spaces. Known for her curated aesthetic and client-first approach, Missy’s work is rooted in integrity, ensuring each design is as timeless as it is meaningful.
LETECIA ELLIS HAYWOOD
With over 20 years of interior design experience, Letecia Ellis Haywood imparts her
refined aesthetic to projects within Texas and beyond. She launched her award winning namesake design studio February 2021 after starting her company, Design L’Atelier LLC in May 2020. A proud Sam Houston State University alumna and past ASID president of the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter (2014-2015), her work has been featured in Luxe Interiors + Design, Modern Luxury Interiors Texas, and theBusiness of Home. A lover of fine art and architecture, she spends her time balancing her interior design studio and traveling stateside and abroad for design inspiration and education.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Houston and an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Linda’s influence extends beyond interiors. She is an avid supporter of Houston’s fine arts community and a passionate advocate for animal rescue, believing that a well-designed life should be as generous as it is beautiful.

Alexandra Killion is owner of Alexandra Killion Interiors and specializes in using color, texture and fine art to tell the stories of her clients. She carefully curates timeless spaces of livable elegance by putting a contemporary spin on classic design. Immersed in the design world for as long as she can remember, Alexandra loves that she gets to live her passion every day — designing spaces that give people joy when they walk into their homes.
